• The hose reel must not be used for any other
purpose.
• Keep the hose reel away from children.
• Never point the hose reel or its hoses at people
or animals.
• Only use original spare parts for repairs. Non-orig-
inal spare parts can cause dangerous damage.
• Disconnect the hose reel from the compressed
air supply before carrying out maintenance, adjust-
ment or repair work, when changing connectors or
when the hose reel is not in use.
• Do not make any modications to the hose reel.
• Only use the hose reel if it is in awless condition.
If in doubt, consult a specialist before use.
• Do not carry the hose reel by the hoses.
• Keep a rm grip on the hose when disconnect-
ing it from the compressed air source or a com-
pressed air tool. Compressed air hoses whipping
around pose a risk of injury.
• Only have your compressed air tool repaired by
qualied specialists and only with original spare
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the com-
pressed air tool is maintained.
• This hose reel is not intended for installation or
use outdoors. Only install the hose reel indoors,
e.g. in your garage or workshop. Protect the
hose reel from rain and sunlight and never ex-
pose the hose to direct sunlight. UV radiation can
damage your hose reel and hose and, in the worst
case, cause the hose to burst.
6. Residual risks
Even when the product is operated properly, residu-
al risks still remain. The following hazards may arise
in connection with the design and construction of this
roll-o hose:
• Danger from compressed air hoses whipping around.
• Risk of tripping due to compressed air hoses lying
around.
Minimise the residual risk by using the product careful-
ly and in accordance with the instructions.

We assume no guarantee if the product is used in com-
mercial or industrial applications, or for equivalent work.
The product is intended for use by adults. Children
under the age of 16 may only use the product when
supervised. The manufacturer is not liable for damage
caused by improper use or incorrect operation.
Only use the product as described and for the specied
areas of application. The product is not designed for com-
mercial use. Any other use or modication of the product
shall be deemed to be improper use and could give rise to
considerable risk of accident. The manufacturer assumes
no liability for damage arising from inappropriate use.
5. General safety instructions
WARNING! Please read through the operating instruc-
tions carefully before use. These are a constituent part
of the product and must be available at all times.
• Mount the hose reel before using it, use without
mounting it is not permitted. This minimises the
risk of injury.
• Use the hose reel only with compressed air. The
hose reel must not be used with liquids.
• Never allow the hose to recoil uncontrollably.
The hose reel is equipped with a retraction mecha-
nism operated by a tension spring. A retracting hose
can cause injuries if handled incorrectly. If the reel-
ing mechanism is damaged, the hose reel must be
taken out of service immediately and repaired by a
specialised workshop. Never open the plastic hous-
ing of the hose reel yourself.
• Only use accessories in perfect condition and
that are intended for use with the hose reel.
• Never exceed the maximum working pressure of
the hose reel or the pneumatic tool you are using.
• The hose reel may only be connected to lines where
it is ensured that the maximum permitted pressure
is prevented from being exceeded by more than
10%, e.g. by means of a pressure control valve (pres-
sure reducer) installed in the compressed air line with a
downstream or built-in pressure relief valve.
• Keep the compressed air hose away from heat,
oil and sharp edges.
• Always check the hose before using the hose reel.
• Only operate the hose reel with a compressor.
• Operation with compressed air cylinders is pro-
hibited.
• The use of pneumatic tools with ammable gas-
es is prohibited. There is a risk of explosion!
