12. Filling / Recovery function
For the lling / recovery function, a Si-RS1 digital refrigerant scale is needed.
12.1 Filling mode
This function enables a refrigerant circuit to be charged manually via weight using the Sauermann Si-RS1
digital refrigerant scale in combination with the Si-RM350, Si-RM450 or Pilot App. The test shows how much
refrigerant is charged while also displaying pressures and temperature like Superheat and Subcooling. A
target weight to charge can be set. By manually opening and closing the refrigerant bottle valve, the system
is charged.
The system must be supervised by a competent person throughout the entire process.
