08 Intensive
For badly soiled laundry. The operation time for each cycle is longer than
normal.
Sound
You can turn on or off the sound from the washing machine. Please note
that this setting does not affect the sound that notifies information
codes.
• To mute the sound, hold down Intensive for 3 seconds.
• To unmute the sound, hold down again for 3 seconds.
09 Add Dry
You can add a drying cycle at the end of the selected cycle or start a
drying-only cycle.
• Auto Dry: Press the button once to add the Auto Dry cycle, which
adjusts the drying time automatically according to the moisture of
the items.
- The display shows “--:--" when the Auto Dry cycle is selected.
• Time Dry: Press the button from two to seven times to add the Time
Dry cycle, which operates for 30 to 240 minutes respectively.
- The selected drying time appears on the display.
• Drying Only: Press and hold the button for more than 3 seconds to
start the Drying Only cycle.
- The drying icon ( ) lights up on the display.
- If you select the Drying Only cycle, the washing cycle is
automatically canceled.
10 Bubble Soak
Press to activate/deactivate the Bubble Soak function. This function
helps remove a wide variety of stubborn stains.
• Bubble Soak is only available for the following wash cycles: COTTON,
SYNTHETICS, HYGIENE STEAM, SUPER SPEED, WASH+DRY
11 Smart Control
Press to activate or deactivate the Smart Control function. Tap and hold
to enter pairing mode to connect to the SmartThings app.
• When the Smart Control function is activated, you can control your
washing machine remotely using the SmartThings app on your
smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS).
12 Power Press to turn on/off the washing machine.
13 Start/Pause Press to start or stop operation.
