Power supply
Supplying power via [

] (USB) port
You can power this instrument with a commercially available
USB power adaptor.
The following USB power sources can be used.
When using the built-in speakers

Standard USB AC adaptor (9 V /over 2 A), 18 W or greater
* You might be able to use the USB AC adapter (USB Type-C
®
port) used
with your smartphone.

USB bus power (computer, etc.)
¹
Mobile battery
NOTE
Some USB AC adaptors, computers, or mobile batteries
do not work with this instrument.
When the connected USB AC adaptor cannot deliver at
least 9 V/2 A of power
If the batteries have not been inserted
If the batteries are nearly depleted
The [Background Music] button keeps blinking.
* The time during which the button stays lit gets longer during
background music playback.
Sound is not heard from the speakers when there is
insucient power.
If the batteries have been inserted
The [Background Music] button blinks several times, and the
instrument runs on battery power.
