ASSEMBLY
6. Installation of Wheel Caps: Using a Rubber Mallet
or Hammer, gently tap the Wheel Caps (W) onto
each Rear Wheel (P) until the Wheel Caps (W) are
firmly seated onto each Rear Wheel (P). This is
required on both left and right sides.

7. Installation of Casters on Caddies: Insert the
Caster Stem into the Socket of the Caster Foot as
shown (Front casters only).
8. Push on the Caster (U) until the Ball on the Caster
Stem is inserted all the way into the Socket.
NOTE: You will be able to hear the Ball Snap into
the Socket and the Caster will swivel easily when
positioning is correct.

9. Installation of Caddy Hardware: Rotate Drum/
Caddy in upright position.
10. With Assembly upright, using a long Phillips
Screwdriver, install (8) #10 x 3/4
”
(19 mm) Screws
(X) into matching holes on both right and left side
of Caddy (S & T). Tighten Screws until just snug.
Do not over tighten as this may tend to deform the
Caddies.

ATTACHING AND REMOVING VACUUM HOSE
(Fig. 11)
1. Locate the end of the TUG-A-LONG Positive Locking
Hose with Dual-Flex (D) and align it with the Vac
Inlet Port. Push the Hose end straight into the Vac
Inlet Port until the Hose Locking Tab snaps into
place.
2. To Remove Hose: Press the Hose Locking Tab and
pull the Hose end straight out of the Vac Inlet Port.

Step 3: Snap your NXT Shoe onto the NXT Max
Accessory Tool.

in this carton.
