4 Operation
The system can be operated by means of the control panel on the unit or via the standard infrared remote
controller
. The batteries must be correctly inserted before the infrared remote control is used.

"On/off" key
This key switches the unit on or off.

"Operating mode" key
Actuation of this key allows the operator to select
between the cooling mode, dehumidification mode
or recirculation mode. The LEDs indicate the
selected operating mode.
n Cooling mode
If cooling mode is selected, the indicator light
illuminates. During cooling mode, the air is
cooled and the warm air is discharged outside
through the exhaust duct. Adjust the fan speed
via the temperature in order to achieve the
desired comfort. The temperature adjustment
range is 16-32 °C.
Note: The air exchange hoses must be routed
outside in cooling mode.
n Dehumidification mode
If dehumidification mode is selected, the indi-
cator light illuminates. The air is dehumidified
as it flows through the unit without full cooling
mode being activated. The fan works at
medium speed.
If the temperature is more than 25 °C, the fan
speed can be adjusted; otherwise the fan
speed is set to “low”. Note: If the unit is to be
used as a dehumidifier
, the exhaust air hose
must not be connected so that the warm air
can flow back into the room. Continuous
drainage of the unit is required.
n Recirculation mode
If recirculation mode is selected, the indicator
light illuminates. The air is recirculated
throughout the room, without any cooling.
Note: The unit must not be vented in recircula-
tion mode.

“Fan stages” key
The unit has 3 fan stages: low, medium and high.

UVC mode
UV
If UVC mode is selected, the indi-
cator light illuminates. Bacteria and viruses are
killed.
