4.2 Updating Firmware Online

Within the popup window, you can pick from the following options:
y Cancel. Cancels the update and returns Universal Control to normal operation.
y Select Files. Selecting this option opens a file browser. Multiple firmware files can be selected, but only
one firmware file for each model type can be chosen. If more than one firmware file is available in the
chosen location, you will be presented with a “Select All Available” option.
Note: If duplicate files for the same product model are available, you will be prompted to select the
desired file.
After firmware is selected, you’ll be presented with the following options:
y Update. Initiates the firmware update download. By default, any product with a firmware file selected will
auto-select in the next step. You can manually deselect files before updating, if desired.
y Cancel. Cancels the update and returns Universal Control to normal operation.
