a) Connect the ground from the second power source to GND2 terminal screw (pin

6).

b) Connect the Live from the first power source to the PWR2 V+/L terminal screw.

c) Connect the Neutral from the first power source to the PWR2 V-/N terminal

screw.

4. Torque the wire-clamp screws of the terminal block connector to 0.5 to 0.6 Nm.

5. Reinstall the transparent plastic finger safe cover back onto the face of the terminal

block.

6. Connect pin 12 to the ground of the chassis.

4.6.2 DC power

For 100-240 V DC rated equipment, an appropriately rated DC circuit breaker must be in-

stalled.

– The specification for HV DC breaker is 5A, 2P, 300 VDC (min) Circuit breaker, Ther-

momagnetic or equivalent type. A recommended option for this circuit breaker is:

Model No. CX2-B0-14-450-22A-13G, Molded Case Circuit Breaker, 2P, 5A, 250/500

VDC.

– Wire gauge sizing is to be selected with appropriate design as per the electrical code

for a 60 W, 1-phase device.

1. Remove the transparent plastic finger-safe cover from the terminal block.

2. For an FL SWITCH EP7400-PS-MV or FL SWITCH EP7400-PS-LV power module in

PS1:

a) Connect the positive wire from the power source to the positive/live (+/L), screw

#1, terminal on the terminal block.

b) Connect the negative wire from the power source to the neutral/negative (-/N),

screw #3, terminal on the terminal block.

3. If a DC power supply has been installed in PS2, perform the following steps.

a) Connect the positive wire from the power source to the positive/live (+/L), screw

#5, terminal on the terminal block.

b) Connect the negative wire from the power source to the neutral/negative (-/N),

screw #7, terminal on the terminal block.

4. Torque the wire-clamp screws of the terminal block connector to 0.5 to 0.6 Nm.

5. Reinstall the transparent plastic finger safe cover back onto the face of the terminal

block.
