Fuse protection 2.0 A slow-blow, required externally

The device has serial protection against polarity reversal

and an internal fuse in the event that U

fails.

In order that the internal fuses provided as device protection

can trip reliably in the event of failure, the power supply unit

used must supply a nominal current of at least 10.0 A.

Polarity reversal of one of the supply voltages does not af-

fect the other supply voltage and vice versa.

External power supply Only use power supplies without fall-back characteristic

curve. The power supply must be suitable for operation with

capacitive loads. Ensure the power supply unit and fuse are

compatible. The power supply unit must be able to tempo-

rarily provide the tripping current.
