1.9 Legal notes

Warranty Claims for warranty or guarantee and the warranty period depend on the respective contrac-

tual relationship as well as on the General Terms and Conditions of the manufacturer. For

details on manufacturer warranty, refer to the contractual agreement. Warranty and liability

claims are generally excluded if they can be traced back to faulty installation, improper use

or force majeure.

If, during the warranty period, prescribed services were not carried out regularly or in time

as instructed by the manufacturer, the warranty claim can only be decided upon once the

examination report is available.

Disclaimer of liability Any improper use leads to termination of warranty, guarantee and general liability of the

manufacturer.
