2. Continue turning the spray unit

have aligned

Fastening the spray unit
1. Insert the connecting tube [6] into the spray
connection

Changing/inserting the nozzle

1. Hold the product with the nozzle head []
facing upwards before unscrewing the union
nut
[]. This prevents parts from falling out.
2. Turn the union nut
[] in a counter-clockwise
direction.
3. Remove the union nut
[] together with the
nozzle head
[] from the spray unit [4].
4. If a nozzle
[1] is already mounted:
– Remove the nozzle from the needle
[2].
– If necessary, lever the nozzle out carefully
with a screwdriver.
5. Place the desired nozzle
[1] on the needle [2].
6. Place the nozzle head
[] on the nozzle [1].
7. Place the union nut
[] on the small thread [3].
8. Tightening: Turn the union nut
[] in a clockwise
direction.
Choosing the correct nozzle

Application
White 1.5 mm Low viscosity
Black 1.8 mm Water-based paints
Red 2.2 mm High viscosity
Cyan 2.6 mm Oil-based paints
* The diameter of the nozzle-opening is imprinted
on the inside of the nozzle
