• Check flame stability:
• Ensure the burner stays alight at minimum setting and does
not extinguish when quickly turning from max to min.
• Refit the control knobs.
• Test operation:
• Ignite each burner individually and simultaneously.
• Check that the flame is blue and stable.
• Check all connections for gas leaks using soapy water.
Do not use a flame.
• If the gas pressure reads 2.75 kPa, reassemble the burner and
perform final checks according to these instructions.
• If the pressure is not 2.75 kPa, disconnect the appliance
and inspect, adjust, or replace the LPG cylinder regulators
as needed, following the guidelines in AS/NZS 5601.
IMPORTANT:
• After conversion, attach the correct gas type label (supplied)
near the appliance’s data plate.
• Ensure the LPG supply line includes a test point and pressure
regulator rated at 29mbar.
• If the appliance is ever reverted to Natural Gas, the original
regulator and injectors must be reinstalled, and minimum
flames reset accordingly.
