Recommended heating temperature: 200-500°C.
Attention:
• In low carbon steel, the dark red colour appears at about 550°C, but
the bolts are loosened after only about 10-20 seconds, when the
metal is still black.
• The temperature at the surface of the metal is 50-60°C lower than
inside.
• Temperatures above 550°C can overheat the nut and alter the
mechanical properties, so heating to such temperatures is not
recommended.

• The coil insulation is cracked or
removed and the coil windings make

• Position the object to be heated in the
centre of the coil, the metal near the

• Check that the insulation is not
damaged and that there is no short
circuit through contact between the
coil and the screw;
• if the heated screw is surrounded by
metal, which increases the load on
the device, the surrounding metal
should then be removed or the
heating power should be focused on
the screw.
• When the appliance is restored to
normal operation, the heat generated
during operation may remain in the
appliance; in that case, it is sufficient
to wait longer for it to cool down.

SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
• Diese Gebrauchsanweisung muss unbedingt beachtet werden, um
