The public should not be in the work area.
Persons with a pacemaker are not allowed near the welding area
without prior medical approval.
Installation and repairs should only be carried out by authorised
persons.
Adequate airflow must be provided to cool the power supply and the
bracket, as well as the cooling airflow through the fan.
Protection must be provided against mechanical damage and
overloading.
Working at height is only possible with the appropriate protection.
The inspection intervals for the unit must be observed.
Damaged equipment must not be used.
In order to avoid the ignition of fire, explosion, the following rules must
be observed:
Do not work near flammable or explosive materials.
Sparks and hot material can cause a fire.
Do not heat containers or pipes that contain or have contained liquid
or gaseous flammable substances.
Do not work on materials cleaned with chlorinated solvent, and do
not store the unit near them.
Keep a fire extinguisher near the work area.
THE FOLLOWING RULES MUST BE OBSERVED IN ORDER TO AVOID

PICTOGRAMS AND WARNINGS
1.Read the operating instructions, observe the warnings and safety
conditions contained therein!
2.Use personal protective equipment (safety goggles, dust mask).
3.Use personal protective equipment: protective gloves.
4.Use protective clothing.
5.Caution fire hazard.
6.Note hot surface.
7.Caution danger of shock.
8.Caution if the object to be heated has a toxic substance on the surface
or may become toxic at high temperatures.
9.Caution keep children away from the tool.
10.Do not put in the bin with household waste.
Purpose
The device allows rusty nuts to be heated for quick and easy removal from
machinery, vehicles, etc. Thanks to the phenomenon of thermal expansion,
when the bolt nut is heated it expands, making it easier to unscrew it from
a rusted bolt.
If the unit is needed for other applications, contact your local dealer
for assistance. Any improper operation may cause damage to the
unit.

OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
Turn the two clamping screws (7) to the left by 0.5 cm.
Select a coil (5) of the appropriate size for the intended operation and
insert the two ends into the holes on the front (8).
Turn the screws (7) clockwise to securely fix the coil.
Connect the device and place the heated element in the centre of the
coil. Then press and hold the red button (6), the light on the front (4)
will switch on in 2-3 seconds.
During this time, the temperature of the heated element increases.
When finished, release the button (4) and put it in a safe place.
TERMS OF USE
The unit has built-in overheating protection and will shut down to
prevent thermal damage. Use will be possible once it has cooled
down to normal temperature.
Avoid using the device for more than 5 minutes at a time. Despite the
built-in thermal protection, the service life of the device may be
reduced.
When operating, position the coil (5) centrally to the bolt or
component to be heated. Avoid bringing the coil close to other large
metal components that are not to be heated, otherwise the operating
load will increase, slowing down the heating of the bolt.
If the white insulation of the coil (5) is broken, replace the insulation
tube with a new one or replace the coil. (A break in the insulation tube
may short-circuit the induction coil and permanently damage the
heater as a result).
Leave a gap between the coil and the heated component.
Do not cover the ventilation openings (10) during operation, this
restricts cooling and causes the unit to overheat very quickly.
Do not put the unit in the refrigerator or close to the air conditioning
vent, this can cause condensation in the unit and damage the
electrical board.
Do not bend the power cord tightly during operation or during storage.
Do not open the appliance yourself.
