7. Wear proper apparel and secure loose hair. Loose clothing, gloves, neckties, rings, bracelets, or other
jewellery may present a potential hazard when operating this tool. Keep all apparel clear of the tool.
8. Don’t overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times when operating this tool.
9. Do not force the tool. Use the correct tool for your application. The correct tool will do the job better and
safer at the rate for which it was designed.
10. Keep away from flammables. Do not attempt to operate this tool near flammable materials or
combustibles. Failure to comply may cause serious injury or death.
11. Keep hands clear of moving parts.
12. Store idle tools out of the reach of children and untrained persons. Tools may be dangerous in the hands of
untrained users.
13. Never exceed the rated load for the jack (see specifications).
14. Always inspect the jack before use. Make sure that all parts are in good condition and operating smoothly,
the wheels are sound, and that no cracks or distortion is apparent. If in doubt, do not use.
15. Make sure the jack is on an even and solid base, and that there is no likelihood of it slipping when in use.

3.2. Assembling the device
1) Attach the Bottle Jack to the Frame using a Hex Bolt.
2) Place the Plate on the head of the Jack. Connect the Plate to the Frame using the two Springs.
SYSTEM AIR PURGE
Before operating the device, be sure there is no air trapped in the hydralic system
3) Fully lift up the ram of the jack using the handle.
4) Open the Release Valve on the jack by turning it counterclockwise.
5) Push down on the Ram until it goes all the way back into the jack. This should push all air out of the
system.
6) Continue pushing down on the top of the ram while closing the Release Valve.
