Try the following solutions:
• Restart the router to reduce the
number of access users
• Check the phone settings
• Increase network bandwidth

Bluetooth
connection status
is abnormal or the
orange light of the
Bluetooth indicator
on the washing
machine panel is
on
The robot is disconnected
with the dock
Try the following solutions:
• Press and hold the "robot button
on the control panel of the dual
washing station for 3s, and the
Bluetooth indicator on the
washing machine panel will flash
in whie
• At the same time, press and hold
the robot recharging + Start
buttons until the network
connection indicator on the robot
panel flashes in whie
• Wait for the robot to automatically
pair with the base station. After
successful pairing, the Bluetooth

station panel remains white
