TROUBLE SHOOTING OF ROBOT
Exceptional case
Possible cause
Solution
The robot cannot
be charged
The robot is not in contact
with the charging terminal
Place the robot right in front of the
dock and press the “Back to Charge”
button

The robot is entangled in
debris such as wires on the
ground
Clean up scattered wires and other
debris on the ground

The side brush and roller
brush are stuck, resulting in
abnormal operation of the

Remove the debris stuck in the
roller brush/side brush, place the
robot on the flt ground, and start
up the root
