Solution
• The mop cleaning tank
is full
•

Please take out the cleaning tank, pour
sewage and clean it, and wipe metal
contacts
Please reinstall the cleaning tank and
press it down until a "click" sound is
heard, indicating that it is installed in
place.
Please put the robot back to the base
station, and press "Start/Pause" to
continue cleaning.
Possible cause
• The water inflw is out of
the time limit of the base
station
•

Please make sure that the faucet is
turned on and clean the filer screen
of the water inlet valve
Short press the robot"Start/Pause"
to continue working.
• Abnormal communication
between washing machine
and base station

Unplug the washing machine and cut
off the power
20 seconds later, re-plug the washing
machine and start it
