SKEWB
is the worst-case clock-tree skew observable between sequential I/O elements. Clock-tree
skew is signicantly smaller at I/O registers close to each other because they are fed by the same
or adjacent clock-tree branches. Use the Libero SmartTime Timing Analyzer tool to evaluate clock
skew specic to the design.
2. Parameters listed in this table correspond to the worst-case duty cycle distortion observable at
the I/O ip ops. IBIS should be used to calculate any additional duty cycle distortion that might
be caused by asymmetrical rise/fall times for any I/O standard.
