The following table describes high-speed I/O clock skew (F
SKEWB
) with bridging from –40 °C to 100 °C.
Note: F
SKEWB
is the worst-case clock-tree skew observable between sequential I/O elements. Clock-
tree skew is signicantly smaller at I/O registers close to each other and fed by the same or adjacent
clock-tree branches. Use the Libero SmartTime Timing Analyzer tool to evaluate clock skew specic
to the design.
–STD speed grade is oered for Extended Commercial (E), Industrial (I), Military (M), and Automotive
(T2) temperature grades.
–1 speed grade is oered for Extended Commercial (E), Industrial (I), and Automotive (T2)
temperature grades only.
