OPERATION

Control panel (See Figure 28)

The control panel contains the following controls and indicators:

A. Power on (white)

B. Limestone dosing (green)

C. Limestone dosing + turbo (yellow)

D. Failure/attention (red) (+ orange LED E/F/G/H/I)

E. Fill limestone (orange)

F. Close refill lid (orange)

G. Limestone pipe clogged (orange)

H. Call service engineer (orange)

I. Fan off (orange)

J. Main switch

K. Key (Open/Close Door)

L. Test/reset button - TEST: fan/system off; no negative pressure

RESET: Oil Guardian.

Light Tower (optional)

The external light tower is equipped with three warning lights:

See Figure 29.

A. Red : Failure/Attention (See Figure 28 item D)

B. Yellow : Fill limestone (See Figure 28 item E)

C. Green : Limestone dosing (See Figure 28 item B)

Use

• INSPECT THE PRODUCT AND CHECK IT FOR DAMAGE. VERIFY

THE FUNCTIONING OF THE SAFETY FEATURES.

• CHECK THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT. DO NOT ALLOW

UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS TO ENTER THE WORKING

ENVIRONMENT.

• PROTECT THE PRODUCT AGAINST WATER AND HUMIDITY.

• MAKE SURE THE ROOM IS ALWAYS SUFFICIENTLY

VENTILATED; THIS APPLIES ESPECIALLY TO CONFINED

SPACES.

Do NOT use the product to apply precoat material to the

filter cartridges of the connected filter system.

Except for the main switch, the Oil Guardian has no on/off switch. It

functions automatically by negative pressure as soon as the

connected extraction system is in use.

In normal circumstances, it is recommended to leave the main switch

on at all times. The status of the Oil Guardian is monitored by the

connected System Control Panel.
