Electrical connections must be made in accordance with

the U.S. National Electrical Code, all local codes and the

manufacturer’s recommendations.

Electrical Connections

The Oil Guardian is not wired. To lay the internal wiring, it is

recommended to remove the right side panel first.

To remove the right side panel, proceed as follows:

For steps 1-2, see Figure 19.

1. Loosen the screws (A) at the rear of the unit.

2. Slide the side panel (B) backwards.

The back panel of the Oil Guardian is fitted with five cable glands for

wiring purposes. See Figure 20.

A. Mains cord

B. Light tower (optional)

C. Pressure switch

D. System Control Panel

E. Booster fan

NOTE: Cable glands A and E, as well as B, C and D, can be mutually

exchanged.
