Cut the worktop to the dimensions shown (fig. 1) using suitable equipment.
Seal the edge of the worktop with silicone or PTFE and allow to dry before
installing the hob.
Spread the gasket supplied along the bottom edge of the hob, ensuring that
the ends overlap.
Do not use glue to fix the hob to the worktop. Once the gasket is in place,
position the hob in the cut-out in the worktop. Apply slight downward pressure
on the hob to press it into the worktop, making sure that it is sealed around
the outer edge (fig. 4).
