Transport and shutdown
- Internal combustion engine: Empty the fuel tank before transporting the mixer!
- If the machine is shut down for a longer period, it must be cleaned thoroughly – Attention, pull out
the mains plug! - Oil at the designated points!
- In the case of internal combustion engines, the additional instructions in the separate operating
manual must be observed for shutting down the engine!
- Always stop the machine with the mixing drum opening facing downwards!
- Disconnect the mains plug before moving or transporting the mixer!
Maintenance and repair
- Before maintenance and repair work, always pull out the mains plug or spark plug connector.
- Repair work on the electrical equipment may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
- Do not spray the motor housing with water!
- Do not operate the mixer during maintenance or repair work.
- Use only original spare parts.
- For internal combustion engines, observe the notes in the separate operating instructions!
2. Intended use
The LESCHA S mixer is a tilting drum mixer with free-fall mixing principle to produce concrete and
mortar on construction sites.
This mixer can be used to produce site-mixed concrete of concrete group B I and strength classes B 5 up
to and including B 25.
In order to meet the quality guidelines of the German industrial standard for concrete and reinforced
concrete DIN 1045, the minimum requirements with regard to operating personnel and equipment must
also be fulfilled.
The mixer should only be operated by experienced persons.
If there are special requirements for the strength of the concrete, a competent supervisor must be
present on the construction site.
Failure to comply with the regulations regarding concrete technology can result in serious
damage to structures with the risk of accidents.
If materials other than those mentioned in these operating instructions are mixed with this mixer, the
manufacturer accepts no liability for any resulting damage to the mixer.
