Remove the DIMM shielding and the memory module
Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
“Remove the lower case” on page 29
Step 1. Disconnect the battery pack cable from the system board (1) and peel back the mylar (2).
Attention: Use your fingernail to pull the connector to unplug it. Do not pull the cable.

Step 2. Remove the DIMM shielding (3).

Step 3. Open the latches (4) and remove the memory module (5).
