Rapid turning off a cooking zone
The cooking zone turns off
immediately.
The relevant cooking zone must
already be activated in this case it
shows an indication of the
corresponding heating level.
• To turn it off, press button 1, or
touch the minimum position 0
on the programmer scale 3.
Residual heat indicator
The letter will only switch off when
the burn risk is no longer present
(below 60 °C).
If the temperature of the cooking
zone is still high (and a burn risk still
present) after it has been switched
off, the correspondent display for
the zone will indicate the symbol H,
4 (residual heat).
