Depending on the power capacity of the computer, the power supply may become
unstable, for example during a power outage (or flickering). To avoid symptoms, we
recommend connecting to an external power supply of 5V/2A or higher.
Brightness setting is not saved
Please use an external power supply that can provide suitable power for your model.
The brightness setting can be retained even after power off, only when power is
supplied to the main unit.
(Note) Regarding Type-C connection:
*For Mac and some models, the input source may not change when replacing the Type-C port. In this case, restart the monitor
and disconnect/connect the cable.
*Switching input source from HDMI to Type-C may not work on Mac and some other models. In this case, unplug the HDMI
cable and change the input source.
