If insertion proves diicult, do not force the connector but rather extract it
and try again, checking that the parts are properly aligned. Once the plug is
inserted, inbound transmissions will be reproduced by the headset while the
content of the transmission will be captured by the microphone inserted on
the cable, as opposed to the device’s internal microphone. The headset sits
comfortably in the ear, ensuring improved insulation from surrounding
noise.
To remove the accessory, pull the connector towards yourself, extracting it
from the device. Ret the cap, inserting it from the bottom and pressing it
along the side of the device. Bear in mind that removing the cap will
inevitably reduce the device’s level of protection against dust and moisture.
