7 Function
• In addition to the wear indicators, the device has two options for analysing depth.
– integrated unbalance analysis
– integrated rolling bearing analysis (BearingScout™)
Both analysis parameters are available as process data objects (PDOs).
• The device supports the [Heartbeat] monitoring mechanism and the [Node guarding function].
• The device offers individually configurable counters for the switch-on operations and load spectra
of the machine.
• The device offers an integrated maximum value memory for each wear indicator (PDO) that can be
read out as a service data object (SDO).
The surface temperature has an additional minimum value memory as SDO.
• The device has an integrated 120 Ω terminating resistor that can be activated if required.
• The device supports emergency objects. The COB ID of the EMCY object can be configured.
• Device status and error display via integrated LED.
