The module [8DO/8DI Module] is permanently assigned to slot 1.
The submodule [8DO/8DI + Qualifier] is permanently assigned to slot [1 1] .
Each digital output can be configured separately.
Available parameters per digital output:
• Max. current value
• Fallback value if connection to controller is lost
• Control instance for digital output
Requirements:
ü The device is integrated into the project.
u Open the [Device view] of the device.
w The [Properties] view appears.
w The [General] tab displays the properties of the module.
w [Module parameters] provides access to the available parameters.
u Set the parameters of the digital outputs.
u Save the project.
w The digital outputs are configured.
w The changed configuration will be activated the next time the application is downloaded to the
device.
9.3.6 Configuring the energy monitoring function
The ports feature an energy monitoring function.
Energy monitoring of ports X01...X04 is configured via [8DO / 8DI Module] and its submodules:
• Submodule: Digital Output Energy Monitoring (Ò/62)
• Submodule: Empty Slot - No Energy Monitoring (Ò/62)
The module [8DO / 8DI Module] is permanently assigned to slot [1].
Energy monitoring is activated and set via slot [1 2].
