9.2.3 Setting the startup parameters
The user can set startup parameters for the device. The set parameters are transferred to the device
when changing from the PREOP state to the SAFEOP state.
The user can define additional startup parameters.
To set startup parameters:
Requirements:
ü The TwinCAT project has been created.
ü The device is integrated into the project.
u In the [Solution Explorer]: Double-click on the device node.
w A detailed view of the device appears.
u Select the [Startup] tab.
w The detail window shows the available startup parameters.
u Configure the startup parameters.
u Optional: Add and set additional startup parameters.
u Save the project.
w The startup parameters are set.
9.2.4 Configuring process data
The device provides the following cyclic process data:
• Digital input channels:

• Per counter module:

Main Counter Value TxPDO Current value of the main counter
Batch Counter Value TxPDO Current value of the batch counter
Reset Main and Batch Counter RxPDO Reset main and batch counter
Disable Main and Batch Counter RxPDO Enable/ Disable main and batch counter
Counter Direction RxPDO Set counting direction (only valid in CTDIR operating mode)
The process data is configured via the fieldbus slots. The user can assign a module to each slot. Each
module defines which data is transmitted.
