9.1.4.2 Setting the fieldbus type
The device can be operated with one of the following fieldbuses:
• PROFINET
• EtherNet/IP
When the fieldbus type is changed, the active fieldbus connection is interrupted.
Available parameters:

To set one fieldbus type:
ü ifm moneo|configure has been started.
ü The connection to the device is established (online).
u Select the [Fieldbus] menu.
w The menu page shows the active fieldbus type.
To activate PROFINET:
u Click on [Switch to Profinet] next to the [Fieldbus type Profinet] field.
w PROFINET field bus is enabled.
w The [Fieldbus type] field shows the change progress.
w After successful modification: A confirmation message appears.
To activate EtherNet/IP:
u Next to [Fieldbus type EtherNetIP] click on [Switch to EtherNetIP] .
w EtherNet/IP field bus is enabled.
w The [Fieldbus type] field shows the change progress.
w After successful modification: A confirmation message appears.
9.1.4.3 Reading the IP configuration of the PROFINET interface
The IP configuration of the PROFINET interface can only be set via the PROFINET configuration
software.
Available parameters:
