STEP 1: Building The Wheel Assembly (Continued)
3. Slide and place the wheel over the bushing.
4. Secure the wheel in place with 1 x washer and 1 x hex bolt. Ensure the washer
sits flush with the wheel before placing the hex bolt over the washer.
5. Use the hex key provided to tighten the hex bolt and secure the wheel in place.
6. Place the wheel cover over the wheel. Ensure the clips fitted on the wheel cover
line up to the slots located in the rim of the wheel.
NOTE: We recommend using a Phililps screwdriver to lock the axle in place while
tightening the hex bolts with the hex key. Ensure the wheel can rotate freely after
tightening the hex bolt.
7. Repeat the above steps in its exact entirety to attach the right wheel to the right
bracket.

TIP FOR STEP 5: Use a Phillips
screwdriver as a locking rod
when tightening the hex bolt.
