The policy is saved. To add users to the group, see the section Add a User to a Group.
Add a user to a group
Users can be added to a group by moving them from the default group into an assigned group.
1. Open the HP Roam Web Portal. To do this, type or copy/paste the following URL into a web browser:
https://www.roamprint.com
2. Click Log in with HP ID and log in using administrator credentials.
3. Select the Groups tab.
4. Expand the Default Group. The active users that have not yet been assigned to a group are listed.
5. Select the Users tab.
6. Locate the user and under the Actions column, click the menu icon .
