2. Click Log in with HP ID and log in using administrator credentials.
3. Select the Groups tab.
4. Locate the group and click Edit policy.
5. Edit the policy options.
● Guest access - Click the slider bar to restrict or allow group members to print as a guest user at a
dierent site.
● Plex options - Select or clear the Simplex and Duplex check boxes to allow or restrict printing to 1–
sided or 2–sided.
● Color options - Select or clear the Allow color check box to allow or restrict color printing.
