7. Select Move to Group.
8. In the Move user to group dialog, select from the drop-down list the group to which you want to assign the
user.
9. Select Save.
The user is now listed under the selected group.
Promote a user to Admin
Users can be promoted to Admins to allow them access to other tabs in the HP Roam Web Portal. Admin users
have access to additional tabs while Users only have visibility of the Jobs tab.
1. Open the HP Roam Web Portal. To do this, type or copy/paste the following URL into a web browser:
