3. Select the Printers tab.
4. Click the +Add printer button and type the Printer email address (required).
NOTE: The printer email address is located on the Web Services tab in the EWS.
5. Select Save.
Method two: Import printers using a .csv le format
To import multiple printers at one time, follow these steps.
NOTE: The .csv format required to successfully import the printers is: emailAddress, printerNickname, guest,
adminUsername, adminPassword.
1. Open the HP Roam Web Portal. To do this, type or copy/paste the following URL into a web browser:
https://www.roamprint.com
2. Click Log in with HP ID and log in using administrator credentials.
3. Select the Printers tab.
