4. Select the + Add multiple printers button.
5. Drag and drop the .csv or .xls le into the Add multiple printers dialog.
NOTE: Printer information in the .csv le or Excel le must be formatted in the following .csv structure:
emailAddress, printerNickname, guest, adminUsername, adminPassword
● emailAddress is the printer email address found on the Web Services tab in the EWS.
● printerNickname is the name that will be used to identify the printer using Bluetooth (BLE).
● guest indicates whether guest access should be enabled (accepted values are TRUE and FALSE).
● adminUsername and adminPassword are the admin user and password credentials for the EWS
account.
6. Select Import.

To discover and register printers automatically with the HP Roam cloud, download and install the HP Roam
Connect Installer Tool.
1. Open the HP Roam Web Portal. To do this, type or copy/paste the following URL into a web browser:
