5 Add printers and users
To add printers and users to HP Roam, follow these steps.
Add printers to HP Roam
Printers can be added to the list in one of three ways:
● Manually using the +Add Printer button
● Manually using a .csv le format (for multiple printers)
● Automatically using the HP Roam Connect Installer Tool
Method one: Manually add printers using the +Add Printer button
To add a printer(s) manually, use the +Add Printer button.
1. Open the HP Roam Web Portal. To do this, type or copy/paste the following URL into a web browser:
https://www.roamprint.com
2. Click Log in with HP ID and log in using administrator credentials.
