1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 19).
2. Remove the access panel (see Access panel on page 19).
Remove the flex I/O connector board:
1. Disconnect the cable from the system board connector (1).
2. Remove the two Phillips screws (2) that secure the board to the computer.
3. Remove the board (3) from the computer.
NOTE: Screw and connector locations can vary depending on the type of flex I/O connector board
that is installed.
To install the flex I/O connector board, reverse the removal procedure.
Solid-state drive
To remove the solid-state drive module, use these procedures.
