Before removing the solid-state drive module, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 19).
2. Remove the access panel (see Access panel on page 19).
3. If applicable, remove the flex I/O connector board (see Flex I/O connector board on page 25).
Remove the solid-state drive module:
1. Locate the solid-state drives on the system board.
2. Remove the cover from the drive.
3. Remove the screw (1) that secures the drive.
