Clean the workpiece
• Open the vat cover (1) completely. The position remains
fixed with the cover stay (2).
• Place the workpiece on the cleaning grid (3) of the
machine or in the small parts container (4).
• Position the cleaning nozzle (5) with the flexible hose.
• Switch on the pump (6). The cleaning fluid is pumped
through the flexible hose with the cleaning nozzle onto
the workpiece.
• Allow the cleaning fluid to work on the workpiece for
some time, depending on the degree of soiling.
• Remove grease and dirt residues with a brush (or
optionally with TW-WB).
• Switch off the pump.
• Remove the workpiece and rinse with warm water.
• Allow the workpiece to dry completely before further
processing.
• Depending on the degree of soiling, leave the cleaning
fluid in the tank or drain via the drain plug into a suitable
container and dispose of according to the manufacturer's
instructions.
• Close the vat cover (1).

WARNING
Handling the machine with connected power supply may result in serious injury or
death.
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before cleaning,
maintenance or repair work and secure it against unintentional reconnection.
Allow all the cleaning fluid to drain into a suitable collection container.
16.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning guarantees the long service life of your machine and is a prerequisite for its safe
operation.
NOTE
Incorrect cleaning products can attack the finish of the machine. Do not use any
solvents, nitro thinners or other cleaning products that could damage the machine's
finish.
Observe the specifications and instructions of the cleaning agent manufacturer.
• Wipe the inside of the machine with a soft, damp cloth.
• Remove chips and dirt particles from the machine housing at regular intervals.
16.2 Maintenance
The machine is low-maintenance and only a few parts need to be serviced. Malfunctions or defects
that could affect your safety must be repaired immediately!
• Before each operation, check the perfect condition of the safety devices.
• Regularly check the perfect and legible condition of the warning and safety labels of the
machine.
• Use only proper and suitable tools.
• Use only original spare parts recommended by the manufacturer.

The type and degree of machine wear depends to a large extent on the operating conditions. The
