6. Assemble cover:
• Fix the cover (A) on the back plate (B) as shown using
screws (3)
• Fix the support frame (T) on the left plate (C) as
shown with screws (5)
7. Assemble safety gloves, LED-lamp and
ON-OFF switch:
• Fix the safety gloves (K) in the glove openings of the
front plate as shown with the clamps (L)
• Inser spong (20) and filter cover (1) into the back part
(B) as shown
• Put the LED-lamp (Q) into the lamp clamp (12) as
shown
• Secure with cable ties (13) as shown
• Pull the lamp wire out form the hole of the left plate
then tighten the screw connection cable
• Connect the lamp wire to the ON-OFF-switch (blbl
and grgr)
• Fix the ON-OFF-switch (F) on the left plate using
screws (5), washers (9) and nuts (8)
8. Assemble sand blasting gun, AC adapter and grid:
• Fix the blast media hose (s) in the opening of the
funnel (J) as shown using the washer and nut
• Fix the air hose (a) with the compressed air connector
(i) in the right plate (E) as shown (seal with teflon
tape!)
• Fix the grid leg (l) in middle position (m) on the grid
(H) as shown and fix it with screws (3), washers (11)
and nuts (7)
• Insert the grid (H). Make sure that the unfilled corner
(c) is on the right-hand side!
• Connect the AC adapter (18) to the ON-OFF switch (F)
