Removing the extension
Turn the lifting rod (1) anti-clockwise and lower the
lifting arm with the extension completely.
Secure the locking pin in the lowest position of the
extension (2).
Turn the extension out of the jack seat (3)
Secure the extension with the clamp (4).

14.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning guarantees the long service life of your machine and is a prerequisite for its safe
operation.
NO TE
Incorrect cleaning products can attack the finish of the machine. Do not use any
solvents, nitro thinners or other cleaning products that could damage the machine's
finish. Observe the specifications and instructions of the cleaning agent manufacturer.
Remove dirt particles from the machine after each use with a proper tool.
Prepare the surfaces and lubricate the bare machine parts with an acid-free lubricating oil (e.g.
WD40 rust inhibitor).
14.2 Maintenance
The machine is low-maintenance and only a few parts need to be serviced. Malfunctions or defects that
could affect your safety must be repaired immediately!
Before each operation, check the perfect condition of the safety devices.
Regularly check the perfect and legible condition of the warning and safety labels of the
machine.
Use only original spare parts recommended by the manufacturer.
Maintenance plan
The type and degree of machine wear depends to a large extent on the operating conditions. The
following intervals apply when the machine is used within the technical limits:

Check / Bleeding the hydraulic system
Check
Open the release valve by turning the lifting rod two full turns anti-clockwise
(1).
Pump the lifting rod 4 times quickly (2).
Close the release valve by turning the lifting rod clockwise (1).
Pump the lifting rod with full strokes to check whether the maximum height
can be reached with 10 strokes (2).
If the maximum height cannot be reached with ten strokes, proceed the
following bleeding procedure (several times if necessary).
