Use suitable axle stands under the vehicle before starting work on the vehicle. Use at
least 2 axle stands and position them on both sides.
Before lowering the machine, make sure that there are no people or obstacles under the
vehicle.
When lowering the machine, make sure that the wheels can move freely and that there
are no obstacles.
Do not exceed the maximum load capacity!
Do not change the presetting of the
safety valves (1).
13.2 Handling
Lifting the vehicle
Position the machine so that the jack saddle is exactly under the
lifting point of the vehicle (1).
Close the release valve by turning the lifting rod clockwise (2). Do not
overtighten!
Raise the vehicle to the desired height by moving the lifting rod up
and down (3).
Place the axle stands under the positions recommended by the
vehicle manufacturer.
Open the release valve by slowly turning the lifting rod anti-clockwise
(2). The vehicle lowers onto the axle stands.
Lowering the vehicle
Remove all tools, machine parts or similar located under the vehicle.
Position the machine so that the trolley lifting saddle is exactly under
the lifting point of the vehicle (1).
Close the release valve by turning the lifting rod clockwise (2).
Pump the lifting rod up and down to lift the vehicle from the axle
stands (3).
Remove the axle stands from under the vehicle.
Open the release valve by slowly turning it anti-clockwise and lower
the vehicle (2).
Mounting / removing the extension
Mounting the extension
Open the clamp (1) and remove the extension.
Insert the extension into the jack seat. Turn and fix the
extension in the jack receptacle (2).
Select the desired height by sliding the locking pin into
the respective holes in the extension and secure it with
the bracket (3).
