12.1 Check delivery content
Check the delivery immediately for transport damage and missing parts. Report any damage or
missing parts to your dealer or the shipping company immediately. Visible transport damage must
also be noted immediately on the delivery note in accordance with the provisions of the warranty,
otherwise the goods are deemed to have been properly accepted.
12.2 Assemble
The machine comes pre-assembled, it is necessary to assemble the components dismantled for
transport according to the following instructions.
1. Mount lifting rod
Press the locking pin (1) of the upper lifting rod
together.
Push the upper lifting rod into the lower lifting rod (2)
and release the locking pin (1). The locking pin secures
both parts.
NOTE: Depending on the room situation, you can also
use only the lower lifting pole.
2. Mount the lifting rod on the jack
Remove the transport lock (3) to be able to move the
lifting rod holder upwards (4).
Remove the fixing screw (5).
Insert the lower lifting rod into the holder. Ensure
that the wedge of the lower lifting rod slides into the
groove of the holder (6).
Secure the lifting rod with the previously removed
fixing screw (5).
Check that the lifting rod is firmly seated by pulling
on the lifting rod. The lifting rod must be firmly
seated in the holder and must not move.
3. Mount the clamp (only OWH 3.0)
Secure the clamp (7) to the jack with 2 round head
screws (8).
The jacking saddle with extension can be placed here
when not in use.
OPERATION
Only operate the machine when it is in a perfect condition. Before each operation, a visual
inspection of the machine must be carried out. Safety devices and operating elements must be
checked carefully. Check screw connections for damage and tight fit.
CA U T ION
Keep hands and feet away from the machine's joint mechanism!
13.1 Operating instructions
Make sure that the jack and the vehicle are on a level and firm surface.
Make sure that the motor of the vehicle to be lifted is switched off, a gear is engaged (or
"PARK" position for automatic transmissions) and the handbrake is applied.
Only place the jack saddle to the lifting points recommended by the vehicle
manufacturer. Ensure that the jack saddle is stable and centred under the lifting point.
