Bleeding
Place the machine on a flat work table.
Open the release valve by turning the lifting rod anti-clockwise (1) and lower
the jack saddle to the minimum height (2).
Raise the front part of the machine (3).
Pump the lifting rod at least 4 times quickly with full strokes (4).
Lower the front part of the machine again (5).
Close the release valve by turning the lifting rod clockwise (1).
Now pump the lifting rod again with full strokes to check whether the
maximum height can be reached with 10 strokes (4).
If necessary, repeat the bleeding process.
Check / Change the hydraulic oil
For a long service life of the machine, change the hydraulic oil once a year.
Used oils are toxic and must not be released into the environment!
If necessary, contact the local authorities for information on proper
disposal.
Only use hydraulic oil that meets the specifications!
Always use the same type of hydraulic oil!
14.3 Storage
When not in use, store the cleaned machine with the jack saddle retracted in a dry, frost-proof and lockable
place. Ensure that unauthorised persons, especially children, do not have access to the machine.

Improper storage can damage and destroy important components. Only store packed
or already unpacked parts under the intended ambient conditions!
14.4 Disposal
Observe the national waste disposal regulations. Never dispose of the machine,
machine components or operating equipment in the residual waste. If necessary,
contact your local authorities for information regarding available disposal options.
If you purchase a new machine or equivalent equipment from your specialist dealer, p20-he
is obliged in certain countries to dispose of your old machine properly.

.Many possible sources of error can be eliminated in advance if the machine is properly connected
to the power supply. If you are unable to carry out the necessary repairs properly and/or do not
have the required training, always consult a specialist to solve the problem

Place the machine on a level surface.
Lower the machine completely.
Remove the clamp (1), the support plate (2) and the carrying handle (3) of
the machine.
Remove the oil filler plug (4).
Check / top up hydraulic oil
The hydraulic oil should reach up to the first thread of the hole (filling
opening).
Top up if necessary.
Changing the hydraulic oil
Place a suitable collection container under the oil tank
Remove the oil filler plug (4). Turn the machine upside down so that the
oil filler opening is looking downwards.
Allow the hydraulic oil to drain completely into the collection container.
Fill the oil tank with hydraulic oil up (first thread of filling opening).
Dispose of the old oil in an environmentally friendly manner.
Close the oil tank with the oil filler plug (4). Refit the carrying handle (3),
the support plate (2) and the clamp (1).
NOTE: Bleed the machine before the next use!
