Set workpiece coordinate origin
• Connect the probe connector (2) to the Z axis at
“Probe” (1), place the probe (2) on the surface of the
workpiece to be machined and center it below the
center of the cutter (4).
• Clamp the alligator clip (3) to the cutter (4).
• In the main menu, click “Tool” (5) and “Probe” (6).
• Wait until the machine has moved to the tool origin.

• Then remove the alligator clip (3) from the cutter again,
remove the probe plug (1) and remove the probe (2)
from the work surface
Start milling process
CNC Modus
• If not already selected, switch to CNC mode in the
“Settings” menu on the control panel (1)
Select file
• Click on „File“ (1) to select the desired file(2) the milling
program starts automatically
Adjust speed
• Press “Adjust” (1) to be able to adjust the speeds of the
milling program
• The speeds (2) of the spindle, feed and rapid traverse
are given in percent
• Choose a speed
• Pressing the minus button (3) reduces the value
• Pressing the Plus button (4) increases the value
• Confirm value with button (5)
• Exit menu (6)
NOTE: Choose appropriate speeds based on the hardness and nature of the workpiece and
depending on the diameter of the milling cutter used!
Start/Suspend/Stop
• You can start and suspend/resume or the milling
process using the “Resume” button (1)
• Use the “Stop” button (2) to end the milling process
and the selected program.
NOTE: Finally, switch off the machine, remove chips and dust from the worktop and remove the
finished workpiece from the worktop.

WARNING
Handling the machine with connected power supply may result in serious injury or
death.
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before cleaning,
maintenance or repair work and secure it against unintentional reconnection.
16.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning guarantees the long service life of your machine and is a prerequisite for its safe
operation.
NOTE
Incorrect cleaning products can attack the finish of the machine. Do not use any
solvents, nitro thinners or other cleaning products that could damage the machine's
finish.
Observe the specifications and instructions of the cleaning agent manufacturer.
