• Always switch off the machine before working on the
spindle!
• Insert the collet chuck (2) into the lock nut (4), this will
snap into place
• Insert the desired tool (1) into the collet chuck (2)
• Insert them together into the collet holder (3) of the
spindle
• Tighten the lock nut with the open-end wrenches (size
14 + size 17) ( min. 16Nm, max. 25Nm)
• For milling cutter selection, see capter „milling cutter“
CAUTION: Milling cutter clamping length in the collet chuck should be minimum one third of
the total lenght of the cutter!
Connection to machine
Transfer via SD card
• Save the file on a data carrier (1) and insert it into the
slot (2) on the machine.
• With the USB/SD adapter you can easily transfer the
data from your PC to the card reader
Connect/Transfer via USB port
• Connect the USB cable (1) to the PC and with the USB
cable (2) to the slot on the machine (3)
• With this connection, direct control of the machine
with the program on your PC is possible
Connect/Transfer via Wifi
• Press “Settings” (1) in the main menu
• Press Wifi (2) and select the desired WLAN (3)
• Enter the password for the selected WiFi using the
keypad (4) and then confirm (5)
• This allows you to access the machine in the web
interface
Set user coordinate origin
NOTE:
With this function you can set a zero point that the machine should approach as desired.
• By pressing “XY origin” (1) you set the zero point of the
user coordinates X/Y (3) to 0.
• By pressing “Z origin” (2) you set the zero point of the
user coordinates Z (4) to 0.
• By pressing “Position” (5) you set the zero point of the
user coordinates X/Y/Z (6) to 0.
• Use now the X±/Y±/Z± control buttons to move the
spindle away from the zero point.
• By pressing “X/Y” (1) the predefined coordinates “X/Y
Origin” are approached
• By pressing “Z0” (2) the predefined coordinates “Z
origin” are approached
