VARIOUS FUNCTIONS
Triple power deodorizing effect (Refrigerator Compartment)
Deodorizes various odors in the refrigerator including the four major odors of sulfur, nitrogen, aldehyde, and acid,
by combining three types of deodorizing materials.
Note
You can make the door alarm and operation sounds louder, or you can set them to not sound.

Touch and hold
for 3 seconds or longer until you hear the set sound.
The operation sound volume can be switched to “Standard” , “Loud”, or “Off”.
Repeatedly change the setting to choose the volume level you prefer (see table
below). The default setting is “Standard".

If you open one of the doors for 1 minute or more, a sound and light will inform you that the door is open.
The door alarm function works with the Refrigerator Compartment, Ice Compartment, Lower Freezer Compartment and Vegetable Compartment.
(It does not work with the Upper Freezer Compartment.)

The Door Alarm will start in 30 secs if Energy Saving mode is activated. However, the display blinks after 1 minute.
●
When the display is blinking, the Operation Section will not respond to touches. Close the door before operating the Control Panel.

Note
It is not possible to adjust the door alarm and
the operation sound to different volume levels.
If you set the volume level to “Off”, the indicator
lamp on the Control Panel to inform the door is
open will also not blink.
Even if the volume is set to “Off”, the “Ice Maker
Cleaning” alarm will sound.
In addition, if you touch and hold the button for
3 seconds or longer, a beep sound is heard after
doing it.
The setting returns to “Standard” after the power
plug is disconnected and reconnected, or after
operation restarts following a power outage.
